Repressed Sexual Energy, Episode #68
Sincere apologies for the late episode, but at least Doug is back so the listening numbers should be back to normal! THANK GOD!
A pro wrestling site and podcast hosted by men in their 40s!
Sincere apologies for the late episode, but at least Doug is back so the listening numbers should be back to normal! THANK GOD!
Dark Side Of The Ring has just entered its fourth season, and while the series certainly goes through some of the most tragic stories that have been told; they do it in a way that is actually sympathetic to those involved in or around the story. Through the previous three seasons Dark Side has been able to do something most shoot interviews, or internet reports/rumors has failed to do, consider the victims and saviors of these stories.
Doug got a little time off, so Bill is giving all of you the old quickie today!
Apologies in advance for being so late. We purchased an AI editing program, to make life easier and it still has some bugs to work out, but at least it beats paying someone to do it! What an age we live in! 🙂
So the boys took their beautiful and talented wives and Rory to a full weekend of wrestling, and they want to tell you all about it. Doug & Bill go over the ins and outs, ups and downs of Lucha Libre and Laugh’s 10th Anniversary Show, Best Wishes Warmest Regards.
We never sleep, we can never die. Do you like men in their 40s? Do you especially like it when men in their 40s talk about pro wrestling like it’s the only important thing in their lives? Well then by god this is the episode for you! Doug & Bill talk about all sorts of wrestling!
Bill had to make a deal with Doug’s fiance Brother Zach, and broke Doug out of the polygamous “true” Mormon group in southern Utah. It was a good thing too, cuz they needed to record a recap episode of AEW’s Double Or Nothing 2k23.
Bill has Captain Trips, cuz why not, so Doug recorded an episode with him and him only. So we woke up at 1 in the morning to record this. He does this because he cares.
Doug reflects on Colorado’s New Era Wrestling, and the last year of the promotion.
We never sleep, we can never die. May is the time for rebirth, growth and renewal. So instead of enjoying everything that nature has given us, lock yourself in your home, do not have an actual conversation with a real person, and sit down and listen to two men in their 40s talk about wrestling.
